Although we do our best to make our customers happy with our products and service, on the rare occasion some of our customers would like to return or exchange a product that they purchased. Please do not dispute your charges; we will refund you the full amount minus shipping. If you dispute your charges without returning a product you will be subject a $50 chargeback fee and for the total price of what you have purchased. Please call us and we will refund your money (excluding clearance items) once we have received it in resalable condition. There is no reason to file a chargeback; we do accept returns as long as they are within the 30 day time period and in resalable condition. Problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product; you can either call us at 1-877-388-3488 or email us at sales@hardbodyexpress.com.
When returning or exchanging a product, you must have a return authorization number for any issue such as damaged, incorrect or general disatisfacton.
Please call 1-877-388-3488 and provide the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Product Description / Product Code and Quantity
- Dates of Purchase ( all returns must be within 30 days of purchase)
- Reason for Return ( damage, incorrect, etc.)
Please mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA# (return authorization)
Packages without RA#'s clearly marked on packages will be refused.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or dissatisfaction.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and in a resalable condition
Closeout and Discontinued items are not returnable.
Items that have been opened are not returnable. If the item is returned and is discovered to be opened, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states using UPS or USPS depending on your location and availability. UPS ground usually takes 1 to 3 business days, Saturday is not considered a business day and no deliveries will be received. Orders to HI, AK , APO, FPO and to PO Boxes are shipped using USPS only(a $5.50 processing fee applies to all FPO and APO addresses). If available, items will ship the same day if order is placed before 2 PM. Free shipping for orders over $99.

You can use your credit card to place an order on our secure 128 bit SSL website. Or, we could gladly take your order over the phone. You will need to have your CVV2 code, which is a 3 digit code on the signature line on Visa, Master Card and Discover, and a 4 digit code on the front of your American Express Card.
